Future and Metro Boomin Team Up for Chart-Topping Debut with “WE DON’T TRUST YOU”

Future and Metro Boomin‘s highly anticipated collaborative album, WE DON’T TRUST YOU, is poised for a dominant debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart next week.

According to HITS Daily Double, the project, the first of two planned by the powerhouse duo, is estimated to move between 190,000 and 220,000 equivalent album units in its opening week. This early projection is fueled by the album’s undeniable momentum. All 17 tracks from WE DON’T TRUST YOU charted within Apple Music’s Top 20 on release day, and the album shattered Spotify’s record for most-streamed album in a single day for 2024 thus far.

WE DON’T TRUST YOU boasts a star-studded guest list, featuring appearances from Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, Rick Ross, and Kendrick Lamar. Lamar’s contribution, “Like That,” sparked a social media frenzy with its perceived disses aimed at Drake and J. Cole.

The hype surrounding WE DON’T TRUST YOU extends beyond its first-week sales. Fans can expect a swift follow-up, with the second installment of the Future and Metro Boomin collaboration slated for release on April 12.
