Doc Announces New Eminem Album on Kimmel!
Hip-hop icon Dr. Dre dropped a major bombshell during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Following his highly anticipated Hollywood Walk of Fame induction ceremony, Dre joined fellow West Coast legends Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent for a late-night chat, marking his first such appearance in three decades.
The interview culminated in a surprise announcement for Eminem fans. Dre revealed, “Eminem is working on his own album, which is coming out this year. He said it was okay for me to make an announcement right here on the show.” The new record will be Eminem’s twelfth studio album, following up his 2020 chart-topping release, Music to Be Murdered By.
Dre also admitted some personal excitement about the project. “I’m actually going to get the entire album for the first time tomorrow,” he shared. “I haven’t even heard anything complete that I’ve done, but I’m going to hear it and he’s putting out an album in 2024.”
This news comes after years of speculation surrounding new Eminem material. Fans can now officially look forward to fresh bars from the rap legend later this year.
